Panto Competition
Evelyn Brown from Gallowhill, Paisley, was so keen to score tickets for the show that she also entered her brother, John Paul, into the running… however, when John was announced as the winner, he had no idea that he had even entered!
Luckily, Evelyn was able to clear up the mystery, and thanks to John’s lucky win, she and her three grandchildren, Stephen, Daniel and Rebekah Anne, will head along to a sold out performance just in time for Christmas.
Evelyn was delighted with her prize, which was presented by Maureen Hill, Piazza Centre Manager, and PACE’s David Wallace, or Mother Bella!
Presented by PACE Theatre Company, Beauty and the Beast ran at the Paisley Arts Centre until the 3rd of January and, in addition, this year The Piazza were proud to sponsor one of the audience’s most favourite parts of the show – the sweetie throw!
Maureen Hill, Piazza Shopping Centre Manager, commented:
“We’re delighted that, together with PACE, we were able to offer our customers such a great prize in the run up to Christmas – and I’m sure Evelyn and her grandchildren had a great time at the show!”
